Julie Papineau is a seasoned quality assurance manager with over 30 years of experience, including 5 in software development. An accomplished QA director, she distinguished herself in particular by implementing a comprehensive quality process for the key project La Presse+ (LP+) , ensuring its stability and sustainability.

A natural leader, Julie knows how to mobilize and inspire teams of all sizes, thanks in part to her keen sense of human relations. Her rigorous approach, focused on the use of concrete data and appropriate metrics, makes her a strategic partner capable of transforming quality into a true lever for organizational performance.

Passionate about the transmission and democratization of software quality practices, Julie generously shares her expertise at major events such as StarEast, as well as on local stages like Agile Tour Montréal and the Communauté QA Agile Québec. She has also participated in the Agilité et assurance qualité podcast and actively contributes to the adaptation of the training program for software quality specialists at Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne.
