Holder of a master's degree in geomatics and a DEC in computer management system, Michel Boies has more than 25 years of experience in information technology, including 20 years in software quality assurance. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented solid practice improvement processes for small and large companies. 


With Zentelia since 2021, Michel has supported organizations in the evaluation and optimization of quality, particularly using the TMMi model. Fueling the continuous improvement of processes and individuals, he also shares his passion for the profession as a trainer. Michel teaches the ISTQB® Certified Tester training at foundation level with conviction.
