The program is based on the IREB Foundation Level syllabus. The course is not specific to any domain; requirements engineering practices are relevant for all types of IT projects.

  1. Mastering the fundamentals of requirements engineering and obtaining IREB certification:Theoretical and practical knowledge necessary to understand and apply the principles of requirements engineering. Preparation for the IREB certification to validate these competencies.

  2. Understanding the challenges of requirements engineering and its benefits:Identifying common challenges and problems in requirements management. Exploring the benefits of requirements engineering to improve project quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

  3. Learning the fundamentals of requirements engineering, methodology, techniques, and available tools:Key concepts, standardized methodologies, and common techniques in requirements engineering. Familiarization with tools and software that facilitate requirements management.

  4. Choosing methods, techniques, and tools tailored to project contexts and environments:Criteria and processes for selecting the most appropriate methods, techniques, and tools based on specific project characteristics and work environments.

  5. Effectively implementing methods, techniques, and tools:Practical skills to apply methods, techniques, and tools in real-world projects. Case studies and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge.

  6. Official Exam:To obtain the certification, participants must pass an exam administered by an independent third party. The exam structure will be explained at the end of the training.

  7. Exercises:Various exercises will be provided throughout the training to consolidate learning and apply it in practical scenarios.
